Music Composition Software

I have been a musician all of my life. Today, the best part of being a musician is sharing music with others. The feeling I get from this is deep gratitude. I also want others to be able to share and that is why I am writing this article. Music Composition Software lets you do just that.

I am not a composer. I love music and want others to compose music. With the right software this is easy and any musician can do it. I wish they had this when I was attending college. I remember a project where I only had a few days to make parts for a piece I wrote. The piece was for the whole orchestra. I did not sleep for a couple of days.

This is why you should consider music composition software. Parts for different members of the orchestra (or group) can easily be printed without the manual labor involved. No more sleepless nights. Your headaches will be gone. No more stress.

Do you have a band or some type of musical group? Do they require parts? Are you a composer? Do you just enjoy writing music? If you answered yes to any of these questions you need music composition software. Your rehearsals and gigs will go much smoother.

Music is a big part of my life and for many people. Music should be shared throughout the world and the best way to do that is by composing. Whether you are just starting out, been composing for a while, or a seasoned pro music composition software can help a great deal.

Massey’s Music Productions

There are so many guitar courses available online that it can be misleading trying to decide what to go with. I had the Learn and Master Guitar course is about 4 weeks and thought I would share your opinion about it. Learn and master guitar online is not loaded of course. You will receive all educational materials by mail which I like because I do not always want to practice in front of the computer. I was impressed from the moment I am of course from professional to see it.

Like anything else you get what you pay for. Compared with the average price for online courses guitar learn and Master Guitar seems a bit expensive but having passed it I think it is well worth the cost. I play the guitar for about thirty years but I took a short course and I started a course from the outset to see how they go teaching beginners.

There are twenty full-length DVDs which contain lessons. DVDs have a very professional quality. From the very first step every thing is explained very clearly and moved to ensure that you fully understand what you need to know. Lecturer and author of the course Steve Krenz a studio and an artist living in Nashville Tennessee and he received a degree in music recording. His method of teaching makes it very easy to follow and understand what he says. At the end of each lesson he passes on all the exercises should be practiced and he will deal with you that you never lost or confused.

All lesson material is also in a printed book lesson. There is also jam along CD follow the course that allows you to apply what you learned by playing along with songs that are configured to what you just learned. The lessons follow the steps of the method of learning all aspects of guitar playing even learning and understanding to read music is explained very clearly. This is one aspect of learning guitar that most online courses do not teach you. You get a complete picture of how work on the guitar.

Even the intermediate recording studio will benefit greatly from this course. About a fifth DVD I find much that I never heard and understood. These lessons as a private instructor of guitar at your disposal when you want. Also included in the rate of access to the members only online forum where you talk with other students and Steve himself so you will never get lost or confused about anything in the course.

If you are serious about actually learning to play guitar and not just learn some chords to play a few songs I highly recommend Learn and master guitar. This is the only way the guitar you need. If you are a beginner this course will probably take you a year to go but you will be an accomplished guitarist. My would suggest that the lessons of this course is likely to cost at least $2000 in private lessons. If you are serious about learning to play guitar learn and master guitar worth checking out. It comes with a full 60 day money back guarantee so you really have nothing to lose.

Yamaha S90Xs Review: The Future Of Music Production

Music workstations have come a long way ever since the beginning of electronic musical technology. The Yamaha S90XS Workstation uses the real performance features of a high quality keyboard to a higher level. This powerful device is clearly designed with the performer in mind instead of just for creating a sound to be applied inside a studio nonetheless it measures up in each areas.

The audio quality is as high as you’d assume from Yamaha tools. The giant 142 megabytes worth of Piano wave forms carries the audio from the S6 Concert Grand Piano coupled with the excellent weighted keys will make you overlook that you aren’t sitting down behind an actual piano. The performance creator function is used to develop rich soundscapes with a single press of a key, adding various voices and also arpeggios over the top of the main sounds.

The planning with the system is certainly geared towards live musicians. Every one of the quickly reachable controls work in real-time without clipping or glitching out the sound. Adapt the reverb or chorus when playing and the audio currently being produced doesn’t miss a beat. Other great performance characteristics are a Microphone source which lets you record and add effects to vocals also.

Going from the stage into the studio, the Yamaha S90 XS does not dissatisfy. An unbelievable attribute enables you to record straight to a USB backup device in an music data format. No recording software is needed, merely push Record, Play, Hit end and you possess an sound file on your USB system of whatever you just performed. You may also make use of this function in order to save a previous recording and then play over it, best for backing up your own solos with a chord progression or maintaining atmospheric feel running in the backdrop of a song. You will find excellent methods for producing VSTs and integrating with computer composition and recording software package.

The Yamaha S90XS Workstation places the bar very high for competitors. Dedicate some hours to learning to use this exceptional machine and you’ll be all set for the stage and the studio.

The Yamaha S90XS is a revolutionary synthesizer designed for the live performance and for the studio musician. Visit us to read our full Yamaha S90XS Review and see comments from actual customers.

Music Production – Hip Hop Track Sampling

Hip-hop is a genre of music that comprises of a fusion of several styles mostly rap accompanied by backing beats. Hip-hop is termed as a culture especially among the African Americans and it started back in the 70s in New York. Track sampling is the act of taking a portion of a sound recording and using it as a different sound in recording of another song. Most of the current hip-hop releases have part of their beats or lyrics borrowed from some of the old-school music. Adding a whole different dimension to making beats.

Despite the fact that hip-hop is a relatively newer genre of music, (in comparison with the others), its one of the most dynamic. The main reason why hip-hop sampling is widespread is the notion that it brings old back to life. Most beats and lyrics used in the old-school songs are simply genius and thus making them sound new-school and hip makes the younger generation identify more with the music.

There are various ways in which hip-hop tracks can be sampled. When making beats the one commonly used by producers is loops. This is a fusion of short samples of beats from previously done tracks. Thus a non-keen listener may not clearly hear the beats as the fusion sounds are completely different from the individual beats. This was the original idea behind sampling because it enhances the creativity of producers as the end product is a completely new innovation.

Another form of hip-hop track sampling in the process of making beats is using samples of musical instruments. The instruments act as basis of new sounds and can be played back at different pitches. However, most of these samples are created from recording studios using instrumentals that have been played by world’s best instrumentalists .

Use of unconventional (non-musical) sounds is also a form of sampling in hip-hop. Most sounds used include gunshots, sirens, locomotive whistles and natural sounds. These sounds create a sound effect that may be difficult to portray using musical instruments in making beats.

However, legal issues have arisen over the violation of intellectual property rights by the hip-hop artists who do sampled tracks. But there is fundamental law that governs how the art of sampling should be done and the extent to which borrowed lyrics can be incorporated in a track. Usually prior authorization has to be obtained before sampling a track. Producers have mainly been blamed for abusing the art of sampling especially when they simply lay new drums over loops that have been previously used, mix, then release as a brand new track.

Some of the famous hip-hop producers who use sampled tracks include Kanye West although his musical integrity has sometimes been questioned due to his continued use of old-school beats and lyrics. However, this is not necessary true seeing the success stories from the tracks he produces.

Instances of hip-hop artists and producers being sued for violation of music copyrights started rising from the year 2000. The recent one was between the Cash Money Records and artist Juvenile who were sued by a local performer DJ Jubilee for using one of his lines in their track.
